HAPPY B DAY TO US!!

On June 1st, Arranged By Erin celebrated 7 years in business. Time has flown by. In that time we have become trained to an expert level in hoarding issues and ADD/ADHD, given speeches all over Chicagoland, and met some really great people.  We couldnt be more blessed and happy.

Before you know it…the holidays will be here. So much to do and so little time to do it in. How to Manage? Write a gift list. Buy a few gifts per week. This helps you financially. Put all your events on the calendar. Make sure you stock up on wine or treats to bring. Last but not least…Enjoy!!

UPSIZING

While the trend seems to be downsizing, alot of people are also upsizing their space( myself included). The most important thing to do when gaining more space is to “define” it. By defining your space I mean to designate what each closet, drawer, and area should be used for. Put like with like.

Moving Made Simple

After 13 years I bit the bullet and bought a place. For a creature of habit it was quite an adjustment. The first thing I did was to decide room by room what I was taking with me. I evaluated the curtains, lighting, and furniture. After this, I either sold or gave away the items that I wasn’t able to use. I also packed up the items that I didn’t use on a regular basis. This made the move so much easier.

March Madness

Well spring is here..or so we hope. Aside from the usual spring cleaning, alot of us are moving or get ready to move. So how do you make that move easier. Start by planning ahead.


1. Go through each room and decide what to keep, sell, and donate.

2. Start using up your food supply.

3. Use up your samples ie…shampoos lotions…ect

4. Go ahead and start packing items that you don’t use on a regular basis.

Change of Season

Winter is coming fast. We didnt even have a spring and now its time to give up those sandals and get out the boots. You can start by going through your clothes, category by category. Try everything on and make sure that it fits. Make of list of what you need(this will prevent duplicate and impulse buying).
